Where can I find genuine fabric agents in Surat?

I am into ladies wear business but from a far away place than Surat. I want to start a manufacturing business and I am in need of various fabrics at a raw level called Greys. I am looking for agents who can help me score fabrics at a very low rates, takes me to factories and establish a relationship for the future. I want to even get my designs/colours printed in Surat. I tried googling and other ways like India mart n all but it’s very difficult to find genuine people who work in this field of business. Do you know someone?
