Zerodha sl not working

I am an option trader, I trade in nifty bank nifty. I am keeping the two orders, one sl trigger order and other sl limit order. I don't why but sometimes the sl order is not getting executed. I can't always watching the option chart since I am working in the office. Do any of you got a solution to this?
