Which crypto app can we use?

I own crypto coins but they are unlisted. It is expected to be listed on big exchanges in upcoming weeks. I’m willing to pay the stupid crypto 30% tax entirely idc. Is there a safe app that will keep my money safe, legal, won’t scare my bank and freeze my account, and I can put and pull my money out of it with ease (like Zerodha). Or is my best bet sending my coins to someone known in the USA and making them do it (and is this legal)
