Today's markets

I am starting this today to document and also to discuss about market situations before opening. Today (yesterday after close)European Central Bank rate cuts were announced and brought down to 3% with them open and enthusiastic about further cuts. Cocacola is selling it's 40% stake in HCCBL to jublient. These are the 2 things that I found to be important and might impact the market and due to the rate cuts it might go up. What are your thoughts and ideas??
