The Market has consolidated or not?

Has the market started to consolidate around 23K? I believe that we have entered a BEAR market and probably headed to 22K or 20K but I have invested 5L just in case to capture something instead of nothing. Either the markets fall from this point or rise, it will be fine by me as will average either way. So the questions to discuss is: • Will 20 Jan be the day when the Indian market starts to fall again because of Trump? • Will we see an absolute trend reversal on the budget day or later down in February? • Is a 10-12% correction enough for the past bull run?
