Tax on STCG for non IT payers

I'm a student (21y) and a total fresher to the stock investment world who has around 50k in my bank account, not an IT payer. Suppose I buy a single stock worth around Rs 2000 of a company, and sell it when it goes upto say Rs 2200, do I need to pay any tax here? I know this is a silly question but it was on my mind for a few months...
