Summer stock

This is a good time for value investors to buy stocks as many of them got corrected 30-40% from their highs. I have quite a good number of stocks in my radar one of which is Wonderla Holidays.. I was going through the stock fundamentals and i feel it is a good time to make an entry. Below is the criteria why I believe it would be a good buy at current levels: 1. Zero debt 2. 52 week low levels (thanks to correction due to global factors) 3. Low equity of 5.6 cr shares 4. Good profit margins of around 30% 5. Not much competition. Market leader in amusement parks 6. Good land assets 7. Future expansion - Plan on establishing a new one in Chennai what do you think?
