Right time to invest?

I graduated and got a job last year. I started investing and learning more about it. I was little jealous about those who started investing during the covid phase. I pulled myself away from investing in stocks. I started SIP and I have been consistent. I kept some amount to invest in stocks when the time is right. Is this the perfect time or should I wait more? The best method I can think of is averaging the amount that I want to invest. (30% 20% 20% 20% 10%)
