No allotment in IPO from past 2 years

Hey guys, I have applied for around 50 IPOs in the past two years, but I haven't received a single allotment. I don't know why that is. I've always placed my bids at the cutoff price. Is there something wrong with my broker application, or is it just bad luck? 😂😂
