NHC FOOD share rights issue

Hi everyone! I wanted to understand what’s happening with NHC Food share. I have a good holding in this share due to the recent rights issue but I’m not able to sell due to lower circuit. Something seems off. This way I’ll be stuck in this stock and it will incur huge loss if it opens on lower circuit everyday. Seems like a lot of retail investors are in same situation. What can be done?
