Ngi Dubai ( for people primarily from uae )

Has anyone invested in the equity investment plan offered by NGI Dubai (National General Insurance)? They apparently offer mild risk with a 25% annual return spread across 100+ companies. Has anyone had experience with their investment options? I wanna know if this might be a case of scam
