New investor—Looking for advice on my portfolio!

I recently started my first job and have just begun investing. I’m new to this and learning as I go, planning to invest more 50k today I’d love to get your feedback or suggestions! How does it look for a beginner? Also, if you have tips for someone just starting out, I’d really appreciate it!
