Need some Investing Tips ... Just started investing and need some guidance

In my early 20s and need some help in managing my portfolio ... I know I have overdiversified my portfolio! Any suggestions are most welcome I am planning to invest for long term( 20 yrs ) + risk appetite : moderate Current MF portfolio: **Midcap** : Motilal Oswal Midcap Fund Direct Growth **Small Cap** : Nippon Small Cap Fund Direct Growth + Quant Small Cap Fund Direct Plan ( will drop one here ) **Flexicap** : have invested 10k in JM Flexicap, should I instead start in parag parikh flexicap? **Index** : I have some money in UTI nifty next50 + ICICI nifty next 50 (will drop one here)
