MSEX unlisted shares

I was looking at buying some unlisted shares and someone opined MSE (Metropolitan Stock Exchange) is a good bet. However, I was a bit sceptical seeing it has risen over 450% times in last 6 months. Looks pretty risky. What is your analysis and opinion on this. Thank you.
