Lost 48k on Groww

Hi I'm from Bangalore. I lost 48k on Groww app. I sold one stock at an average price of 556 but the price went up to 610.60 and the positions were automatically squared off. Now price is 551 and I could do nothing. Is it common in all the trading apps to square off after the price crosses 16%?
