Loss with PSU stocks, need help

I am a new investor looking with 4-5 years of investment horizon. I entered the market in June/july 2024 where PSU rally was going on. I was new and bought ACE, BDL, BEL, HUDCO, IRCOn, IRB, IRFC, JWL, NBCC, NHPC, Olectra , PFC , Titagarh. They are are 20-40% loss now. I will definitely hold them until market recovers since i dont want to sell them in loss. Since i was playing along market sentiments, i now realise my mistake. What should i do now ? Will the PSU stocks make money in another 3-4 years ? Any idea what am i supposed to do?
