IEPF search functionality and questions on proposed transfers

Hi - I haven’t been able to access the search link on https://www.iepf.gov.in for 3-4 months. (https://iepfa.gov.in is not loading) How can we ask the government what is up? Also, in the past when I logged in I saw two parts for stock and dividend for LnT 1) Transferred to government 2) Proposed transfers to government which is currently held by company For the latter I see several entries going all the way to 2029. How accurate is this? Thanks in advance!!
