I can just continue my SIPs yes?

I see people with panic posts saying we’re in a bear market and some saying it’s nothing. I invest 30-40k monthly SIP and a bit in goldbees. Should I just continue doing so? I want to know from a logical point of view, assuming the market will eventually go back to where it was in a few years. I plan to hold for 7+ years and not make withdrawals unless emergency. I have PPFAS, MO midcap, nippon small cap, ICICI nifty 50, MO defense index fund and nippon power&infra fund
