Gifting Gifted stocks

Looking for guidance. My husband (ex) gifted me stocks during time of marriage six years ago in 2018. The stocks value is close to 70 lakhs now and under my demat account. Can these stocks be sold or transferred to another account without involvement of my husband as we are no longer together.
