FII taking their profit, DII paying for it?

From October 2024 to till now the FII have withdrawn 1.56 lakh crores. DII have pumped in 1lakh crore into the market. As much as the DII want to control the selling and fall of market by buying, aren't they in a way making FII book their profits? The profits that are booked are the money that Indians have hard earned and invested in various forms with DII. When all these money is leaving India and going to some foreign country and leaving our country currency in shambles. Why are DII doing it?
