Can someone help me out of this tax problem I have

So let's consider a example I had bought a particular stock at 50₹ Now I sold it for 100₹ When I sell I get around 97₹ after all the deductions Now should I pay income tax on this amount after the deductions from the app?? If I should pay how should I pay I don't have any idea on how to file itr I don't want to end up in jail or smtg Please help this new kiddo out🙏🙏
