Building an app to track dividends

Hello everyone, I'm Priyam, Co-Founder of [Vid.AI](http://Vid.AI) and I've built several successful SaaS products, I've personally always wanted an app that could help us track monthly income in terms of dividends by fetching our stock portfolio or by manually entering the stocks and their quantities. The app could also suggest certain dividend income targets and which stocks to invest in or something like that, I've been wanting to build this for the last couple of days, any feedback from you guys would help this more. The idea for this came from r/dividends when I keep seeing all the US investors sharing their monthly dividend income on some similar app. Now I'm very paranoid about privacy myself and this kind of project makes it even more sensitive, I have a team of developers and I myself wouldn't even want my data to be shown to anyone so I'll definitely considering open sourcing this app and having all the data encrypted or in some way unlinked so that no one can know exactly whose data is which. Again, the main purpose of this post is to get feedback on this idea, I like moving fast and would love to launch something like this in January itself.
