Bandhan Bank, is it a good contrarian bet?

Hello Everyone, I just saw Bandhan Bank share price and looked up the issues that were responsible for the fall 1- Bad asset quality which was deteriorating. 2- A permanent CEO after its founder exited. A new CEO has been appointed and RBI has already given a green flag to the appointment. I also went through the quarterly reports and I see all the negatives have already been factored into the price. This is a great contrarian bet as I look at it for the next 2-3 years. We are at the near bottom of the credit cycle. What are the triggers going forward? What am I missing?
