Am I being scammed by groww or not?

I am new in stocks and use groww to trade. When I choose to withdraw the amount that it is showing is less than the total delivery amount. Total received from delivery is showing 14820 but amount I can withdraw is 14761. Is this expected? Or should I switch to some other apps
