Simply put, which stock would you invest your 100% portfolio on?

This is a very interesting discussion i had today where we discussed 1) should we make 50 bets at a time and hope only 2-3 fail at worst. 2) should we make a single bet with the best risk reward ratio and invest everything in it. Having said that, we reached a conclusion that investing in stocks like COLPAL and HINDULVR at 52 week low is optimal strategy to get 30% returns in 2 years at max. Instead, you can keep tracking 50 upcoming and weird companies with constant fear and whatnot and still end up with 10% CAGR If you could only take 1 bet in the whole year, what would your strategy be and why? Thoughts?
