Premium for renewal of health insurance

I was trying to renew my Niva Bupa health insurance plan and they quoted a premium of 97k for two years, for 10 lakh coverage. They've bumped up the premium up nearly 100% from the last renewal I did two years ago. Is this common? Is it a reasonable amount? I have claimed twice in the past for emergency surgery. After that the company started acting shady with me. They blocked my web account and didn't allow me to renew my policy- I had to write to the Ombudsman to get them to unblock my account. They are also not allowing me to increase my plan coverage. Can someone suggest better options for health insurance? Is it advisable to port to another company?
