Physical share certificates help

Hi everyone, I need help dematerializing my mother’s physical shares in Chambal Fertilizers & DCM Shriram Ltd. The process also involves a name change and claiming past dividends. I have contacted the RTAs, but they are unresponsive and not in my city. Looking for expert guidance. Thanks!
