Nifty has not fallen even 25%, why is everyone buying or in Panic?

Hi For everyone who is buying stocks, the headline index has not fallen more than 25% yet. Why is there a hurry to buy? people are talking about covid crash. But that time headline market had fallen 40% in a flash. Guys chill out take a break, let the nifty index fall more than 25% and then start buying. People who are doing SIP in mutual fund have outsourced their headache to the Fund Manager and they invest small money regularly, so they wont be bothered. They are playing a different game totally. Always buy when the regular news starts talking about crash in the market.
