Need some SIP suggestions

Respected folks, 26m here.. I don't have much knowledge in this sector so seeking your views. I want to invest 40k per month. I've started 3 SIPs (2small, 1 mid) and will be accompanying it with 10% step up every year. I've selected those 3 SIPs to get started, saw there's not much overlapping, less exit ratio, and better returns (10-20 years). Should I add a large cap, flexi cap or nifty50 MF to get close to 40k investment per month? Are ETFs a good option to consider? Added current investments in comment. Any thoughts appreciated. 🙏🏻
