Need advice on Wipro and GSFC

Have been holding wipro for more than a year, overall 40% profit Have been holding gsfc for 8 months 21% loss Im thinking of cutting both of them and investing the same into something different or just split the money across the portfolio. Reason for sell: Wipro: milked it enough GSFC: not hopeful anymore Any advices?
