Lost my entire year earnings in this week

I have been a parttime and profitable option seller since 2022. But this year has been brutal. No of days I have lost more than 3% of my capital in this year are more than 10. Since October the price action has been more brutal. Seeing the price action on last Friday, I wrote puts aggressively till Wednesday, which gave me losses of 4.6 lakhs. F&O has always been brutal but this FY price action is pathetic. Going forward decided to take a break for a quarter and see how things evolve in the market. Just wanna know how other options traders are feeling about this current regime...
