KNR constructions

What do you do when the fundamentals of a small-mid cap stock look really good but it keeps bleeding 5% or so every day due to the sentiment of the market? Currently the PE is 5.75. I am unsure if I should add to the position or exit since fundamentals do not matter when all small/mid cap bleed. I kept holding for so long thinking fundamentals are great - but that does not seem to matter at all. I have been in an analysis paralysis state for months regarding this stock.
