Is Mishtann Foods Financial Manipulation Being Ignored by Key Stakeholders? Why are they silent?

Recent SEBI reports clearly indicate that Mishtann Foods has manipulated financial records through transactions with paper firms owned by relatives of promoter Hitesh Patel. It’s also evident that they deceived the public through the rights issue. Retail traders are rushing to exit, leading to continuous lower circuits for the stock. Despite this, the Gujarat government signed an MoU with the company for an ethanol plant, and Rashmika Mandanna remains their brand ambassador. Do these stakeholders have no issues with these developments? Are they aware and simply silent? Or is there a deeper involvement at play?
