Having two funds tracking the same index
In the west the TER of an index fund or an etf is mostly less than 0.10% Here most of the big funds have TER which is double of this now. Sure the funds low aum one's will also increase the TER when their aum increases. But till that time, does it make sense to stop further SIP's in amc's which have high TER for their index funds and rather invest in the same index funds which are cheaper by other amc's? Since they track the index, is there any monthly data by amfi which shows how much tracking error is each fund having?4
