Future of quant mutual funds doomed ?

I have been investing in quant large and mid cap and also quant small cap mutual fund since a year . Recently it's going downhill very badly .. I don't know much technical things about stock market .. Just want someone to guide me , should I be patient or stop investing in quant ?
