First time bought and sold a ipo: Regretting why didn't I apply for any ipos before

I didn't know kuch about ipos and after getting to know about it last week I applied for vishal mart and it got allotted. Unfortunately I didn't sell it yesterday and I sold it today though the profit would've been huge if I had sold yesterday. But still I got 4k rupees profit. I bought the ipo 190 shares for 14,850 and today I told all of em for 19k. This number is huge for me and I never made this much profits before. Ofc I should have luck as well to get alloted but I regret for not applying any ipos before and I am going to apply for ipos every month
