Building a SaaS to Automate Telegram Group Monetization - I will not promote

I’ve noticed a growing trend of people charging for access to private Telegram groups—some for premium content, trading signals, coaching, etc. But there’s no easy way to manage payments & access automatically. So, I’m building a SaaS that does just that: - Group owners list their private Telegram groups. - Users pay through a secure checkout. - The system automatically sends them an invite link after payment. I’m still validating the idea and would love to hear thoughts from anyone who runs a Telegram community (or has thought about...

    Recruiting (I will not promote)

Job hunting sucks. Recruiting sucks. The whole process is just bad. I wanna get a group together—engineers, designers, recruiters, whoever—to actually do something about it. No corporate nonsense, just ideating and building something better. If you’ve got thoughts, ideas, or just a lot of frustration with hiring, let’s talk. I’m thinking of creating a discord server or something. Lmk if there’s any interest from folks for this.

Networking and meet new people : IS IT WORTH IT please ? I will not promote

I WILL NOT PROMOTE **How much have the people you've met helped you to succeed?** I'm thinking about whether I shouldn't try to force myself to meet as many people as possible in order to get a trigger, a business idea, partners, or whatever. Because when you are a stranger, people don't take you seriously or don't want to work with you, try ideas etc. **I'd like honest opinions please.** I know there are solo founders but didn't they have friends etc. to help them test the MVP, invest...

My Husband Wants to Start a Startup in a Few Months –I'm pretty worried. What should I expect? I will not promote

My husband and I recently got our green cards. He’s passionate about AI, infrastructure, & automation stuff and wants to start a startup in that space. When I ask him how he plans to do it, he doesn’t give me a concrete answer. His plan is to quit his job in July, speak to investors, and figure things out from there. He says he’s currently restricted from pursuing it due to work policies, which I believe is true—but I also feel like having a solid plan ahead of time...

Just got my first SaaS customer and needed to share this small victory with someone! 🎉 (I will not promote)

Hey everyone! I just needed to share this small win with people who might understand. After 6 months of working nights and weekends, I just got my first paying customer for my SaaS, and I'm literally shaking with excitement! Some context: I'm an AI Engineer at a tech company in Europe. During lunch with some colleagues from South America, I noticed they all shared the same struggle - landing tech jobs in Europe was a nightmare for them. LinkedIn was too noisy, and the language barrier made everything harder....

Not being valued and have unreal expectations. I will not promote

I’ve been a Front-End Developer at this startup for two years, total YOE 3 and a half year. When I joined, there was nothing — no product. I built the entire web and mobile app from scratch, and I’ve busted my ass doing it. But over time, my growth has hit a wall. There's no senior leadership to learn from, and my manager/co-founder constantly comes up with ideas that are impossible to back. I’m putting in the work to make things clean, structured, and functional, yet none of that...

How hard it is to get funding from investors if i didn't graduate from Ivy League, and didn't work for FAANG. (I WILL NOT PROMOTE)

Like the title says I neither went to Ivy League nor worked at one of the FAANG's. My understanding is that investors would have a tough time looking past this. So, is there any chance that if i founded my own startup, I would be able to raise funds? Do you think I have a choice in other ways?

Paying Engineers with Rev-Share (I will not promote)

I’m about to start a new business as a design founder. Previously, I worked with an engineer on Upwork, and he’s now proposing a revenue-sharing arrangement for my upcoming venture. This looks attractive to me because paying his hourly rate would put a significant strain on my finances. However, a friend warned me that revenue sharing could become problematic once the business grows, since the engineer would always receive a portion of the revenue. Offering equity isn’t currently feasible because I plan to move to another country this year...

Sequoia Arc terms (I will not promote)

My team is considering applying to Sequoia Arc, but we've already completed one other accelerator type program with MFN terms. I know Sequoia Arc mentions they accept startups "at seed stage". I'm wondering if Sequoia Arc's terms (which I know are negotiable and not published) are more like other accelerator terms, in which case it might not make sense for us to even apply given the MFN status our other accelerator has and the total dilutive impact. Does anyone know examples of equity % they've taken in the past?...

Couples therapy for co-founders (I will not promote)

Hi! I'm a couples therapist/coach for co-founders/business partners. I help folks better their communication skills, clarify boundaries, manage conflict constructively, balance power, manage stress/burnout, etc. I've found co-founder relationships are like marriages, sometimes even more complex than that, and co-founder fallout can be a big issue as to why start-ups fail. That being said, I will not promote!! I'm getting trained in and practicing a new evidenced based technique and would love to offer three 50-minute FREE sessions to a couple co-founders who are in need of improving their...

Building a P2P Marketplace for Trading Hobbies & Passions—Would You Use It? I will not promote

Hey founders, I'm a person who loves to try new hobbies and the idea came from seeing the following three challenges: 1. **It’s expensive.** Learning new skills—whether it’s coding, painting, martial arts, or music—often means paying for expensive classes, coaching, or courses. 2. **It's siloed.** It's rare that you can apply your skillset from existing hobbies to your new hobbies. A chess player can't apply his knowledge of opening theories or tactics to learning the art of cooking. 3. **It’s isolating.** With the decline of third spaces, it’s getting harder to connect with...

Need ideas for products to build for my Bolt.new YouTube channel (I will not promote)

Hey everyone! I will not promote. I started a YouTube channel that aims to teach non-technical people how to use Bolt.new to build prototypes and MVPs. I need some new product ideas to get inspiration on what to build next. If I choose your product to build, i don’t plan on launching a company with it, so I would just send you the code afterwards for a some kind of payment (upfront/installment/equity/whatever). Looking forward to seeing what you come up with! Right now I have a few ideas from...

Need advice on marketing my product , I will not promote

Hey everyone, I launched my first product, which is an AI based Image Generation Platform for your social media profiles, headshots etc, about a month ago. I’ve got around 100 users and 1 paid user so far, but I’m struggling to get more people on board. I’ve been posting on X and Reddit, and while it worked a little at first, the excitement seems to have faded. I’m on a tight budget, so I need some creative ways to market without spending money. I’m really new to this whole marketing...

Lazy Email to messenger tool? | I will not promote

I’m too lazy to manage my inbox, and google Gemini... is just a useless crap. I get bombarded with sales/promo emails daily mixed with leads and internal correspondence, so I built my internal tool that **condenses them into a single DM** on Slack/WhatsApp/Telegram/etc. with quick-reply actions. Example: *"Bob wants to sell you his cybersecurity solution, BobSecure, Inc."* ➡️ React with ❌ → Bob gets a polite personalized corporate “Thank you Bob, for your bla bla bla, but NO” ➡️ Type “details?” → If Bob didn’t attach a PDF or...

Needs Suggestions on my startup strategy - I will not promote

Hi, I have been thinking of products tried and left in between several times during my late 20s to early 30s. I worked in start ups to understand how I can build my own startup. Two of the start ups I made very good contributions especially last one with completely owned and built along with CTO, Ofcourse with a lot of team support. Now I wanted to start my own company, I'm thinking of making AI recruitment tool. I feel if I don't take steps now, after that I'll...

I had this idea. Built it. Launched it, spent tons on fb ads. And now I'm wondering... did I waste my time? I will not promote

I don’t know what hurts more, the heartbreak I went through or the fact that I built something to fix it… and no one seems to care. A few months back, I was stuck in a loop of regret. I had two major moments in my life where I had feelings for someone but never said a word. Fear of rejection? Awkwardness? Losing a friendship? Whatever the reason, I stayed silent. And both times, I lost my chance. Then one day, I found out that one of them… liked...

Web App vs Mobile App for MVP. I will not promote

Hi folks, I’m in desperate need of some advice. I’m a short story writer and have built a strong community of ardent followers. I’ve written over 300 short stories and continue to create new content every week. Now, I want to monetize my work, grow my brand, and turn this into a sustainable living. This would also help me further my mission of encouraging people to read more instead of mindlessly scrolling. To achieve this, I’ve decided to build an app around my content and charge a subscription fee....

have an idea of connecting artists and organizers(i will not promote)

Hey everyone! thinking about launchingb a platform designed to connect artists and performers (musicians, comedians, dancers, etc.) with event organizers looking for talent. Our goal is to make the process of booking gigs seamless—helping artists find more paid opportunities while giving organizers an easier way to discover and hire the right talent thinking of starting with a website that includes essential features like profile building, search filters, and direct bookings with integrated payments with our revenue model being a mix of commission-based and subscription plans, keeping affordability in mind...
