Why isn't this already a product?

I was brainstorming ideas and something hit me, content creation is a full time job, why is there no tool to automate the business side of content creation so that creators can focus on improving the actual content quality. A service which analyses your niche, subscribers/viewers, ecosystem, and from this, does outreach to potential sponsors, collaborations that are mutually beneficial, topic suggestions, etc.. basically a tool to automate the business/marketing side of content creation?
