why is nobody considering going to do business abroad ?

I'm from europe and I feel like the west just produce to many graduates and there is too much competition, too much rules and too much taxes I am in latam and even basic apps are shitty here, it's not much harder to do better. Actually I notice in europe a lot of startups just copy US at Y+1 or +5 But in Latam it's even easier, and you can easily avoid paying taxes Most people who went initially to the US took a risk leaving prosperous europe and are now richer than in the old continent You have to think out of the box If other people are interested to do business in Latam, let me know. I am a CTO with multiple experiences in startup, I was also a consultant for big european companies back in the days so I know ops and I know how to manage stuff cheers
