Why the pushback on FinCEN’s BOI?

I understand the East Texas District Court has filed an injunction, on grounds of constitutionality, against the BOI (Beneficial Ownership Information) and broader Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) due end of this year. This does seem like a weird thing to be against, imo, given the CTA aims to fight money laundering, terrorism, tax evasion, etc. I’m wondering if anyone here has a material reason for not wanting this database to be maintained, and if so what is it?
