What legal headaches do you have running your startup?

Hey friends- I've been thinking of starting a company specifically tailored towards solving the legal needs of startups. There are lots of areas in here that might be worth exploring: CLM, Due Diligence, etc., but I'd like to learn more. What are your biggest legal headaches? What products have you tried to solve them? Why have they failed?
