tech app no experience. Help?

Hi all, I am working on a start up that focuses on connecting people with hobbies in a large city in Philly. I started on the idea this month, but don’t have any coding background. I’ve hired a tech team to create my MVP, but i’m unsure if this will be enough. Does anyone have any advice?
