    Need some advice

I have an idea for a B2B startup and need some advice for customer discovery. I haven’t done anything to get the ball rolling yet, it’s just an idea atm. By the way I word this post, you can probably tell i dont really have any business experience and thats true cause im a programmer and in fact have coded up about 80% of the MVP. but before yall come at me for wasting resources on the mvp this early, i didnt. This idea was an initially a hackathon project which i couldn’t finish on time and after, it turned into a personal project to showcase on my resume. However, after discussing the project with a few friends I realized it could be turned into a startup. Without giving much away (since i’m still paranoid someone’s gonna steal it away and launch before me) u can think of this as an alternative to Work Day’s hiring platform. basically, it’s a platform for businesses to host their job postings and candidates to apply for these postings in a way that will remove almost any discriminatory bias. HR can only view the candidate’s skills, experience etc (basically anything relevant to the job). Even the candidate’s email is obfuscated to maintain anonymity. the only time they’ll ever come face to face would be during the first interview after judging the candidate objectively, solely through their skills and past experiences. I figured companies are always boasting how they’re an equal opportunity workplace and switching to this platform will prove it. So that’s pretty much the idea although there’s a few features i didn’t mention/haven’t implemented yet. I know the first thing i should do is go out and see if this is something companies would actually use. I think i might need to talk to recruiter, HR people or company owners i’m not sure? and im also not sure how to go about this process. maybe create a survey and circulate it? but how would i make sure it gets to the right audience (aka HR or managers). If anyone who’s been in a similar boat can help me out, give out some advice I would greatly appreciate it. And if you’re just reading this post, maybe drop your thoughts about the idea.
