Looking for Software Dev Founders

Hello! Hope all is well. My partner and I are looking for a software developer to help us change focus of a marketplace website that has not been launched yet. The website has been developed and we put about 10-15k into it thus far. We would need help with the backend and the UI. We are willing to give up to 20% of the company. Competitors do roughly 10~ mil/yr. The current site is being run on React so you will hopefully have experience with that. If this is of interest, please let me know and we can set up a Zoom call
