Ideas 10¢=12. How do I keep from getting burnt.

I ideas for businesses, products, etc. all the time, but I never pull the trigger on any of them. Ideas are cheap, & I've never had the money for anything more. Right now I've Got an idea for a AI program, I know what I want it to do, but no idea how to get it to work. I tried using ChatGpt to build it for me, but it didn't produce a useable product. I don't know anything about AI or programing ETC. How do I go about having it made without being charged a fortune or my idea stolen?
