Founder Led GTM/Sales

Hi I was wondering if there’s a good resource or course to learn more about Founder led GTM/sales. It seems there’s a lot of information out there on different strategies and SOPs. We’re not a Sales or BizDev experienced team, was wondering if there’s a good way to learn, other than hiring a fractional CRO.
