Can my company realistically raise a seed round?

Posting with a slightly different ask to before. Raised preseed $2mil in Europe around 3 years ago for a tech company (software for enterprise). Have a couple thousand to ten thousand usd contracts here and there, totalling around 100k but none of them are recurring, all one offs. In fact they're not even about the core technology but some random consulting we're doing on the side. Is a seed round possible with these metrics? Or how realistic would you say it is? The company is in a hot but crowded domain. P.S. My last post got a bit sidetracked (fully my fault) for focusing on my revenue strategy instead of the ability to raise, which is what I need to know in the very short term.
