Need Help Growing My Business Without Upfront Funds for Marketing

Hey Reddit! I’m in a bit of a conundrum with my new business and could use some advice or guidance. Right now, my business is at a stage where it’s not yet producing any money. I’ve invested a ton of time and energy into building a strong brand, including developing clear guidelines, creating a vision, and laying out the groundwork. I truly believe in what I’ve created, and I’m confident in its potential. The problem is: I’m not a marketing or social media expert. I don’t know how to create engaging content, run ads, or manage campaigns. And because my business isn’t generating revenue yet, I can’t afford to hire a marketer or a content creator upfront. I’m looking for someone who believes in my vision and is willing to partner with me upfront—essentially to help with marketing and creative in exchange for being paid on the back end when the business starts producing. I know this is a tough ask, and I’ve already had a lot of people turn me down because they prefer upfront payment, which I completely understand. Has anyone else been in a similar position? How did you navigate it? Or does anyone know of marketers/creatives who are open to this kind of partnership model?
