preferred method for setting up a business entity? [I will not promote]

I get that "there are so many options" and that I should "pick the one that's right for my business" ... but I don't know which incorporation strategy is right for my business. I'm building a bank linking app (similar to plaid) so I don't want any personal liability if somehow peoples' bank logins get stolen. Of course I'll take every precaution from a security perspective, but there's always a risk. I'm also Canadian, on a temporary US work visa, so that complicates it a bit more (not sure if I'm allowed to start a US business? Ontario business would be okay too, doesn't have to be a tax-optimized delaware corp) Is Stripe Atlas the best way to get started here? Or is this something that most founders do themselves? i will not promote
