With the rise of Cursor for MVPs - how much equity are you giving first engineer?

Backstory - built the MVP using Cursor (not UX prototype - working app with sample data - not hardcoded, just not fully productized / secure) but I know that I'll want a real engineer on board to set up more scalable infrastructure and be able to solve more complex problems. Talking to a few engineers who are cool with me using AI (as a non-engineer) to help prototype new features / fix bugs but that they want to rebuild the app mostly from scratch. How much equity should I give them? Usually if you're a non technical founder and bringing on a technical co founder they think they deserve upwards of 30% but since I was able to build the MVP without them and demo to a bunch of customers who are signed up for the waitlist - does that change things?
